In our 2016-2017 year, we began a partnership with the LGBT Community Center of New Orleans.

A dear friend of LOUD, Sidney Monroe of the Theater Offensive, joined us in February to devise material and help us think critically about our process.

LOUD once again attended the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force's Creating Change Conference, this time with co-director Indee and our fabulous apprentices Kassh and Triceyy!

After many months of intensive workshops, devising, writing and rehearsing, LOUD is proud to announce its next full-length play, THE PURSUIT OF JUSTICE.

In August 2014, LOUD travelled with members of its inagural ensemble to Alternate ROOTS' annual retreat in Arden, North Carolina, where they were invited to perform Beyond Acceptance.

In early February, LOUD went with two ensemble members to the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force's Creating Change Conference in Denver, CO thanks to a grant from The Theater Offensive.
